Development as appropriate of a consolidated financial analysis model (including bid pricing, and scenario analysis where possible) based on, but not limited to, the high level information to be provided by the Vendors.
Provide our financial and commercial analysis of the key information provided by the Target;
Provide an evaluation of the appropriate bid pricing on the basis of fundamental cash flow analysis as well as industry benchmarks and comparables;
Assist in the preparation of a non binding offer and subsequently in a firm offer for the Target;
Advise on Transaction strategy and the tactics for achieving success;
Assist in conducting negotiation on pricing and other key terms and conditions;
Assist in maintaining/leading the dialogue with the Seller over the course of the process;
